Jake was born in Vancouver Washington and was raised in Tumwater Washington where he and his four siblings attended Tumwater High School. Jake also attended running start classes at SPSCC while in high school and upon graduation he transferred to Central Washington University where he completed his double major, obtaining a Bachelor of Managerial Economics and Bachelor of Political Science.

Starting his endeavor into Washington real estate, Jake first jumped in with both feet on the investor’s side, acquiring 16 rental units via 3 separate acquisitions in 2018, currently owning a couple dozen rental units as well as a minority partner in a storage unit development. Through this recent process of acquiring these rental properties, Jake obtained first-hand experience of what it is like to be a buyer in today's hot seller’s market. Jake was able to find creative ways to get his offers accepted at or below asking price and knows what it takes to stand above the pack.
